To Register Please Follow These Steps
- Use either of these links, PDF File / Microsoft Word to access the Registration/ Waiver form.
- Print out the Registration/ Waiver form or fill it online.
- Read the Waiver form carefully, if you accept the conditions, fill in all details, including your T-Shirt or Ladies Singlet size.
- Send the completed Registration/ Waiver form to the postal address listed below or by email to LMCR1000@hotmail.com
- Pay the Pre-Registration fee of $40 per entrant, which includes a Free Men’s or Ladies T-Shirt, Free BBQ Lunch and a chance to win $250 Cash. How sweet is that.
- Preferred method of payment is Online Banking Transfer / Deposit or Direct Deposit from your Banking Institution using the Banking details listed below.
- Please use your Name as the reference id with your payment to make it easier for us to identify payments/ deposits.
- If paying by Cheque or Money Order please make them out to: Lancefield Motorcycle Poker Run
- Payments received by Cheque or Money Order may take longer to be cleared (You know how banks work)
- All Pre-Registration Payments received and funds cleared before 19 February will go into the $250 Cash prize draw and will receive a Free T-Shirt. Dont forget to fill out your size on the registration form.
- Pre-Registration numbers & T-Shirts will be available from 8am on the morning of the ride.
